🔒 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories cannot be returned or refunded once opened, used, or worn — even if only handled or tested:

• Anal Toys, Anal Creams, Cock Rings, Dildos, Vibrators, Sleeves & Extensions, Lubricants, Creams & Enhancement Gels, Honeys & Pills (consumable items), Ejaculation Delay Products, Oils & Massage Products (once opened), Men Thongs & Lingerie, Strapon Harnesses

These products are classified as personal-use items and cannot be resold once opened for safety and hygiene reasons.

✅ Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if one or more of the following conditions apply:

• The item arrived defective, damaged, or malfunctioning

• The item received was incorrect or missing from the order

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Any return that does not meet these requirements may be denied.

📦 How to Request a Return

To start a return or report an issue:

2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

3. If approved, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

• Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or card provider

• If a refund appears delayed, contact your bank or payment provider first

🚚 Shipping Policy

• Orders over $1,500 within the U.S. qualify for free shipping

• Orders below that amount and international shipments are calculated at checkout

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we sent a defective or incorrect item

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
